A study of future Balearic weather patterns carried out at the Balearic University has concluded that average temperatures are going to rise increasing the possibility of “freak weather phenomena”.

The results of the climate change study were presented yesterday and point to maximum temperatures rising while minimums decline and an overall fall in rainfall.

Hard to believe after the September we have just suffered - one of the wettest since records began in 1971.
