Expatriates may feel that they are increasingly being cut off from the UK, but with elections looming, the expatriate vote could prove crucial.

Palma.—And the Electoral Commission knows it, hence why it  is making plans to target as many of the three million Britons living overseas as possible  and get those eligible to vote, to register and to do so, ahead of the European Election, the General Election and the EUreferendum.
The three million “missing” Britons could hold the key to success or failure at the general election in 2015.
