Boat theives have been caught by Guardia Civil

TWO German women, a Spanish man and a child have been arrested by the Guardia Civil in Palma for supposedly being part of a bannd dedicated to stealing valuable objects from inside yachts moored in various ports on the island. The police believe that the band have been responsible for around twenty recent boat thefts, where they have walked away with plasma television screens, mobile telephones and engines, which they later go on to sell. The police were given a tip off that one of the suspects had been trying to sell his stolen gear to a shop in Palma. After inspecting the shop they found stolen objects hidden under bags.
