Palma.—By the end of next year, Palma and Majorca’s second casino is expected to open in Plaza Olivar.
However, it appears that a third license may be put up for tender, according to government sources.
Palma City Council had wanted the Playa de Palma project to win the second license as opposed to the city centre and now the council hopes that the Playa de Palma bid will land the third license to help revive the resort and attract other new businesses to the area.
