A new set of civic laws aimed at improving the quality of life in Palma are due to be approved at one of the final council meetings of this year and brought into force from next Spring.
Palma.—And, the move is also expected to be seen as an example by other councils round the island which are keen to improve their image while making life better for the community.
Any games/activities/sports deemed potentially dangerous to the general public are banned from busy areas with fines of between 200 and 400 euros for those caught ignoring the new law.
