This could be an unusually warm Winter in Majorca weather experts announced yesterday. According to Maria Jose Guerrero from the Balearic met. office, “we are in for a slightly warm season with average levels of rainfall.”
After analysing all the stats available, the met. office expects the average temperature until 20 March to be around 11ºC degrees, slightly above the norm for the time of the year. Between December and March, 10 days of rain per month are forecast, which, in areas above 500 metres could turn into snow.
