Small and medium businesses from the Balearic Islands were yesterday given a boost by the department for Trade and Economy, which confirmed that this year, 10 Sundays and bank holidays will be or can be trading days.
Every year authorities decide how many festive days can be considered as normal business days for shops and in 2014 they decided on 10 just as the previous year. January the 5th, 1 March, 17 April, 15 August, 12 October, 1 November, and 6, 14, 21 and 28 December were the chosen dates this year.
