Palma.—The former President of the Council of Majorca, Majorcan Unionist Party and Parliamentary Speaker, Maria Antonia Munar, appeared in court yesterday to be questioned about her role in the Can Domenge property scam which, according to suspects questioned on Thursday, involved bribes of four million euros.
The Can Domenge plot was sold by the Council of Majorca to a company which was offering half of what its competitor was bidding and it appears that certain high ranking members of the Council of Majorca, were bribed.
