Three Guardia Civil officers were injured yesterday after an explosion on their launch as it was being refuelled at the Colonia de San Jordi yacht club.  Two of the officers received severe burns to most of their bodies and were rushed to the Son Espases hospital in Palma. The third officer, who was slightly injured, was treated for his wounds at the hospital in Campos.  The Civil Guard launch was refuelling before heading to the Cabrera national park where it is usually based. The Guardia Civil has launched a complete investigation into the incident.  The powerful launch, with two outboard motors is used to patrol the Cabrera national park. The three officers were heading to the island to relieve three of their colleagues. Members of the Guardia Civil and the Local Police were at the scene of the incident yesterday.
