Palma.—The property once used by the late Princess of Wales, Lady Di, for a private holiday in Puerto Andrtax, has been put on the market by real estate agents Engel & Völkers for 38 million euros, making it the most expensive front-line villa on the island.
The property called Castillo Mallorca is located on its own private peninsula at the entrance to Puerto Andratx with spectacular views.
This legendary property is one of the most spectacular private residences in the Mediterranean and comprises of an impressive main house with swimming pool and a guest house with beautiful gardens and terraces.
The entrance from the road to Castillo Mallorca is marked by large wooden doors with metal work reminiscent of gates you would expect to find in an historic fort.
From the sea there are three private accesses to the property which include a private docking area for a yacht of up to 30 meters.
