Alcanada beach, in Alcudia, will be the latest beach to have its own reserved area for dogs to swim, starting from next Tuesday.
This sort of project has been in place for over a year now, in neighbour municipalities Can Picafort and Pollensa.
Alcudia Council announced yesterday they have put up informative billboards to indicate the precise area where pets are allowed to swim.
The area allocated for the pets is at the end of the sea bank, in the land stretch in front of the little island.
