Palma.—To help celebrate “The GREAT British Festival”, which is being held at El Cortes Ingés on the Avenidas and many other of the chain’s departments stores across the country, the Majorca Daily Bulletin has teamed up with the best British chef in Spain, Majorca’s very own Marc Fosh.
Tomorrow evening at 6pm on the second floor of El Corte Inglés, near the gourmet club, Marc will show cooking some British greats with a Fosh twist.
All of the ingredients Marc is going to be using are on sale at the festival and after the hour of show cooking, people will be able to taste Marc’s Great British delicacies.

The  menu is:
Scottish Smoked salmon & Herb dip with tomato &
black olive thins
Lancashire black pudding with rosemary potatoes
 & Bloody Mary Ketchup
Passion fruit curd & strawberry shortbread “crumble
