The rural houses on the Sa Coma d’en Vidal property in Estellencs will become part of the Council of Majorca’s hostel network, it was announced yesterday.
The 60 hectare property, bought by the Balearic government back in 2002 is now under the Council’s name and will be overseen by the environmental department. The houses, roughly 286 square metres each, will be used as a mountain refuge for recreational visitors.
