Palma.—“Restauracion”, a newly formed Association resulting of the merger between two former restaurant sector entities in Majorca, has opted to be represented by the Balearic Restaurant Confederation, in order to “compete in the Champions League”.
The other option would be to be represented by Pimem, the entity representing small and medium businesses in Majorca, an option the association president Alfonso Robledo said, was not in accordance with the entity’s future plans.
