Palma.—After a sluggish start to the winter sales in January, retailers are claiming that they witnessed a marked improvement during March.
According to the small to medium sized business association Pimeco, 92 percent of clothing and accessory retailers in Majorca either maintained year-on-year sales or improved on the last month.
In general, retailers gave the market a rating of 5 out of ten, six decimal points better than February.
