President Armengol has today expressed the Balearic government's "strongest condemnation" of Saturday night's terror attack in London. In the name of democracy, she called for an eradication of the "scourge" of terrorism.

Following a minute's silence at the government's Consolat de Mar headquarters in Palma, the president gave her support to the victims, their friends and families and the authorities and emergency services in London. "We wish to demonstrate once again that only through democracy, respect and the values of solidarity and plurality will we make the world stronger."
