A yacht that was beached at Son Maties in Palmanova in April is still there. Apparently abandoned and with some damage to the bow, it has been cordoned off by buoys and metal barriers.

I will buy it.. If it is 60k needs paying.ill pay that and take the boat back to UK...
The municipality has no jurisdiction over the sea. The sea belongs to the spanish state. If the owner can not recover his or her yacht, it is not easy to make him (or her). Abandoned boats are a big problem as to sell a yacht to someone else, even a scrap dealer, involves very long paperwork, It is no like just towing away a badly parked vehicle,
I've seen a bloke from next door restaurant repainting and plastering the whole on side in June 19 so its not abandoned i would say...
John, that sounds WAY too simple - not enough paperwork involved. In other words, it makes too much sense.
I'll have it 👋🏻 I'll take a flight and sail home no problem 👌🏼
What’s the problem? Get a scrap man with a tug boat,he pays to take away and scrap and keeps profit, simple. OR has somebody a different agenda!
