The amount of International tourists visiting the Balearic Islands in June plummeted to 28,382, which is a drop of 98.6% compared to the same time last year and spending slumped by 98.7 percent, according to the National Institute of Statistics or INE.

The new normal. Virus is more important than income.
I would question allowing German and Italian Tourists to enter Mallorca without full medical checking. BUT much more importantly , why are they not being made to go into Quarantine upon their return?.
Even though I'm a resident for almost three years, I've been told and I've heard others being told 'tourist go home'. I even had it written with black marker on the frame of my door. I'm really curious if they are happy, now that their wish came true. But as a local colleague of mine said, if that would happen, they wouldn't have money to buy the markers to write that on people's doors...
