Can only be good for consumers after being overcharged for years.
This is one of the problems with Covid restrictions. It's fast tracked a massive shift in wealth from working class people (running local stores) into the hands of large multi nationals with online presence. While we continue with mobility restrictions this can only get worse, and may never recover the other way.
