There is currently a cruise ship just off Palma port with several members of staff confined due to having Covid. It’s an omen. Does anyone recall last year, when cruise ships became the incubators of Covid and spread the virus?? It appears the authorities have short memories. Yes Mallorca needs tourism, but not at any cost. The benefits have to be weighed against the risks. These giant polluting plague ships are simply not worth the risk.
