On Thursday evening, an assembly of family doctors from Mallorca's primary care health service voted in favour of strike action.

I assume they have agreed to THEIR HYPOCRATIC OATH. Which striking action is totally illegal.
Should I die when the Doctor is on strike. And I die because I could not get Dr's attendance that could have prevented my death. Can my Family sue the offending Doctor for being unavailable ,when urgently needed to prevent my death?. Will all the Hospital Doctors etc be on strike¹ at the same time?.
On the topic of attracting more doctors, how about removing the insistence that they all speak Catalan. Surely a good level of Castellano is sufficient. Too many have lost jobs because of this.
