Where were the parents?
What a horrible and baseless comment. Ultimately, if the parents had the child under supervision, the tragic event would not have unfolded. Life guard or not.
This unfortunately doesnt surprise me in the least. Probably chatting to each other as they do in just about every customer facing business in Majorca, and ignoring the customers! Or on their phones. Very tragic.
