A group of U.S. companies present in Spain asked the administration of President Donald Trump to take into account the country's trade deficit with the United States when setting new tariffs on its goods.

Yeah, but Spain is a BRICS country who is emptying their prisons and sending all the prisoners to the US, and they started the war in Ukraine. And that Franco guy is a dictator with no elections.
Rota, probably the most important US Naval base in Europe, along with its airbase and that of Moron. These must factor in US Spanish relations, unless of course Trump really does mean to dump Europe militarily in which case they don't. Welcome to the new reality.
