Dear friends,

Friday kicks off with a mix of early cloud—mainly in the east and north—but skies are expected to brighten for most, bringing a decent dose of sunshine tempered by some high cloud. It’ll feel breezy at times, especially along the coasts, but overall a pleasant day is in store, with temperatures ranging from 20 to 23°C across the island.

Looking ahead to the weekend, Saturday brings a split forecast: a good chance of afternoon rain sweeping across the island, but also unusually high temperatures for mid-April, with inland areas like Binissalem and Porreres set to hit a sizzling 27°C. Sunday, however, looks more unsettled, with cloudy skies and a high probability of rain, and the showery trend may linger into the early part of next week.
