What's on in Majorca: 7-13 January
The Sant Antoni fiestas are starting up, as is Sant Sebastià in Palma. Pollensa, Sa Pobla and Son Servera have their demons correfocs on Saturday. Palma has a procession and pop groups. Manacor has its rehearsals for Sant Antoni Eve. Otherwise, there is an Abba tribute at the auditorium in Palma, and the Campos cossier folk dancers will be out on Wednesday for the Sant Julià (Julian) fiestas.

The climax to the Sant Jaume fiestas, with correfocs in Binissalem and Manacor, the cossier dancers in Algaida, and fireworks in Alcudia and elsewhere. Pollensa's La Patrona starts, the procession of the "triumphal carriage" of La Beata in Valldemossa is on Saturday. Other fiestas include Cala Millor, Inca and Playa de Muro (fireworks on Sunday night). S'Arraco's always popular Nit de l'Art is on Thursday.
