Three cheers to....

T O all the carnival parades which are taking place on the island throughout this weekend despite the freezing weather. In Palma yesterday there was the parade for children and today the adults will have their turn. It is quite amazing how popular carnival has become in Majorca over recent years. Many people spend days preparing their costumes for the big event. In these hard times it is good to see people forgetting their worries for the afternoon and joining the fun.
