Palma.—The festival programme and schedule for the  event that takes part in Palma every  year in January to celebrate the city’s patron saint, was announced yesterday by Esperanza Crespi, from the department of  Trade, Youth, Work and Participation.Even though the budget for  next year’s event has been  slashed to 168.200 euros, the programme still promises to be what the authorities predicted it would be: diverse, representative and within the budget.
