Easyjet rescue flights

Dear Sir,

Easyjet information on Rescue Flights is not as helpful as it might be. Information is given only in negative terms. Flights are not called Rescue Flights and cancelled flights only give an option for refund or shift to a later flight as long as easyJet remains flying. It would be helpful if Easyjet could commit to positive terms.

"A Rescue Flight is planned" to give confidence to those with outstanding bookings such as ours, rescheduled Palma-Luton March 19 to 30, which remains a possibility. Others seeking a return might also be encouraged to book as it remains scheduled in both directions.

Easyjet have built an excellent service over other airlines in recent years and with further refinements deserves to keep its reputation. We had planned to return to Majorca in May/June time but at present, it would appear we are already here.

Hi we have had 4 flights to uk on easyJet cancelled. We are at a loss what to doin isolation and isolated from any help. Nothing from easyJet or British consulate, phones no reply. There are 3 of us with existing medical issues all pensioners. Been here3 weeks just need to get home.

We were scheduled to return from Murcia International to Gatwick last week but we were bumped off our booked flight to make way for a rescue flight. We were not advised of this by Easyjet and if I had not checked the app to check our flight number, I would not be aware of this because the app told me our flight was cancelled and we could try for a rescue flight but the rescue flight was our actual flight that had already been booked. Manage bookings was not working and the Easyjet staff did not have a clue. 144 minutes I was holding. We are now booked for Tuesday 31st and are praying this goes ahead because it looks like this is our last chance to get home
