Behind the scenes with Chef Bonnie at Nama in Deya

On Thursday March 21, we were invited to “Behind the scenes” at Nama in Deya. We were given a tour of the premises, starting from the staff entrance and going into the kitchen where Chef Bonnie demonstrated to us how to make several delicious meals in minutes, before three volunteers tried their own hand at Bonnie's recipes. This was followed by a refreshing cocktail for everyone at Gastrobar by Nama. There, we also got a taste of some warm flatbread, straight out of the oven. The day ended with a six-course feast prepared for us by Bonnie and her team.
