A nineteen-year-old male youth was rushed to Son Espases Hospital this morning (Tuesday), having fallen from the third floor of a building at the "Magic" roundabout at one end of the Avenida Tucan in Puerto Alcudia (this is the road where Hidropark is situated).

The incident occurred around 03.30 and was swiftly attended by the paramedic  intensive care unit and the SAMU 061 ambulance service. The hospital activated its "Trauma Code", a protocol used to provide comprehensive care in cases of serious injury.
