Thousands of Brits got up super-early this morning and by 06:00 the five biggest Airports in England were heaving, as excited tourists queued up to check in for their first holidays abroad in more than a year.

Hold on. Is Spain allowing entry to non-residents from non-EU countries?
If they flew to Spain today hoping to be let in for a holiday, they will have been turned straight round at PMI or ALC and sent back on the next plane. I suppose the silver lining is that the 10-day quarantine they will then immediately have to do will be time they've already booked off work...
That's because there's no real reason that they will have to self isolate on their return, as it can't be controlled or enforced. It will either put us all into lockdown again, or prove that we are all being vastly over cautious regarding the virus...
