A driver died on Wednesday evening after his car crashed and then caught fire.

The accident happened around 8pm on the MA-5100 between Felanitx and Porreres. His car hit a wall and a fire then started in the engine.

A passing driver called the emergency services. The fire brigade put out the fire, and the body of the driver was found inside the car.
