The above was the heading of a letter I sent to you in July regarding the car hire firms that are based in Palma Airport and I can see from your newspaper that the row is still going on, and so it should as well as they are no more than bandits!! On top of that we also have the moaning of the restaurant owners and the demise of their business. Well again I did say it in my last letter to you that we have less disposable income and the increase in all inclusive is the fact of people having less money to spend and there is an increasing demand for all inclusive, the hotels have had to go down that road to survive. Here in Cala Egos we have seen 3 restaurants close and 2 bars not to open again, and by the look at some of them now I wonder if some will close their doors at the end of the season not to open again. The message is give value for money and you will get a share of cash the holiday maker has got to spend. And on a final note you need a Tesco or an Iceland over here to show how to run a supermarket.
