Dear Sir, IRONIC that the page 2 letter from Mr Andy Wassall in the Bulletin on Wednesday 20th September, about property break-ins and theft was followed on page 3 by your report of a “new Balearic citizen security plan” which from your report is just going to be bureaucrats sitting round a table to chat. More Balearic bobbies on the beat is what's needed and if that's not on, what about starting something on the lines of the “Neighbourhood Watch” run by residents which works well in the United Kingdom, in association with the local police?
