Dear Sir,
In regards to Andrew Ede’s article about Benidorm in Thursday’s Daily Bulletin, the question we, and presumably he, are asking ourselves is Why ?
Majorca’s natural beauty, as are its beaches, far superior. I doubt that the weather can be hugely better than ours.
The nearest airport is 40 Kms away.
They must be doing something right or are we doing something wrong ?
Do they have less government interference ? A larger advertising budget ? More welcoming ?  
My own opinion is that Majorca should have decided years ago to only open one tourist resort from November to April and concentrate all their efforts there.
Problem is, which one ?

Dear Sir,
My name is Jose and I am from Majorca and Ihave lived in Scotland the last 4 years. My wife is Scottish.
I agree in Scotland asking for their independence.  Jason said that Scotland cannot pretend to keep the British pound as it is supported by the bank of England. But who is been supporting the bank of England all this years. Well, I can tell you: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, so please Jason don’t come away with that Scotland cannot pretend to keep the Sterling pound.
