To successive governments of Serbia which failed for sixteen years to discover the whereabouts of the notorious Ratko Mladic wanted by the Internatioal Criminal Court for the murder of 8'000 civilians at Srebrenica during the Balkan wars in the 1990s. He was arrested in a village only 60 miles from Belgrade after avoiding the authorities for a period that Osama bin Laden would have admired if he had been alive to witness it.
