Tothe European Union which has still not been unable to send monitors to the Gibraltar border despite appeals from both Britain and Spain. European Union citizens are waiting for almost four hours at the border because of Spanish security checks. But still the European Union has been unable to get its act together and send monitors to investigate the situation. This is a disgrace and will add fuel to the argument that the European Union is in need of a complete overhaul.
