My wife and I are currently in Santa Cruz Tenerife and were last night talking to the barman in our hotel and we asked him if there was a crisis in Tenerife and his reply was: “Yes, but if you listen to the politicians or read the newspapers then you wouldn't think there was.” And he added,: “if there was no crisis as they say then we wouldn't have unemployment going up all the time - but it is” Now, where have I heard that before?
