Spain is not only my adopted country but my preferred country. But never the less my beloved Spain is corrupt from top to tail and PM Rajoy knows it well. From the local plumber fixing your sink OHNE IVA (in the black no receipt no 21% tax) up to the paternity test exemption for the Monarch.
The solution I don’t know as the illegalities are so deeply engrained. Remember we have a select group of senior lawyers who break the law daily when they facilitate the falsification of property sale values to reduce the correct sales tax by thousands of euros. They used to leave their office for 5 minutes while the black cash payment was made. These unjustifiably respected attorneys are known as notaries
