W HILE the package holiday industry continues to struggle, the no-frills airlines continue to go from strength to strength. easyJet has already announced a whole series of new routes including a link to Ibiza while a new airline Jet2 will soon be linking Palma with Leeds/Bradford on a regular basis. Jet2 already has a number of routes across Europe. Air Scotland is looking to take a lion's share of the no frills market in Scotland while BMI Baby continues to go from strength to strength. These airlines appear largely unaffected by the Iraq crisis. A similar state of affairs occured after S11 with the main flag carriers suffering but the low cost airlines booming.
