LONDON will be hosting its annual Spanish travel fair later this Month with the Balearics looking to use STEPS to check up on the latest developments in the British travel industry.
The Balearics first touched base with the UK travel industry at the World Travel market at the end of January but STEPS gives the travel industry the chance to provide a much clearer impression on how summer holiday sales for the Balearics are progressing.
STEPS is organised by the Spanish Tourist Office in London and is an exclusively Spanish affair which runs for two days, March 28 and 29, and is held at the Royal Horticultural halls. This year, the Balearics will be among over 100 exhibitors taking part in the fair from across the country and all areas of the travel industry.
A series of workshops is also going to be held on topics such as independent holidays, on-line bookings and low-cost airlines, three of main growth sectors in the European travel sector.
