THE Ministry for Tourism yesterday set up two new working commissions.
The first is going to be responsible for promotions and marketing and establishing close working relationships with all the other ministries and making sure that the very maximum use is made of funding.

The second commission has been handed the task of developing new tourism regulations and norms while also making sure that the Balearic industry properly and fully adapts to new European Union legislation. The commissions were created during yesterday's meeting of the Tourism Commission which is chaired by the new Minister Joana Barcelo.
