Police try to identify body found by building workers

THE police are trying to establish the identity of an adolescent whose body was found buried in the basement of an apartment block in La Bonanova.
The body was buried at a depth of about one and a half metres and was discovered by building workers.
The body is that of a girl aged about 14 and was wearing winter clothes, the police said, adding that an effort will be made to discover her identity through dental records. She died about ten years ago, but the cause of death has not yet been established.
