MADRID
SPAIN'S prime minister, Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero will be coming to Majorca next week to hold his regular meeting with King Juan Carlos at the Marivent Palace, the summer holiday home of the Spanish royal family.

Investigations into the attacks by the Basque terrorist group on Majorca at the end of July and early August are forecast to be high on the agenda of discussions between the King and Prime Minister.

Don Juan Carlos and the Queen Doña Sofia arrived on Majorca two days after the ETA bombing in Palmanova which murdered two young Guardia Civil officers. On his arrival, the King spoke publicly about the need to defeat what he described as a band of cowards and criminals and that their presence on Majorca was under no circumstances going to stop him from coming on holiday to the island.
