Palma.—Palma police have launched an investigation after a casing used to transport art-work and belonging to the Pilar and Joan Miro Foundation was discovered next to some rubbish containers in Palma. It comes just days after the Foundation admitted that it had mislaid one of its paintings, valued for insurance purposes, at 450,000 euros. It was later found at a transport firm.
