Calvia—The Calvia council today approved a motion which could mean that the days of our "green certificate" residence card are numbered.
Councillor Angela Guerrero, who has spearheaded the campaign calling for the re-introduction of our old-style residence cards, said that the foreigner´s department at the Calvia council had received hundreds of complaints against the green certificate which is not valid identification because it does not include a photograph.
