First line of houses in Puerto Soller to remain protected

Soller.—Soller city Council has approved a series of planning laws which forbid those interested in buying properties in Puerto Soller from demolishing the existing properties and replacing them with tall buildings.

The measure is similar to what the local authorities have done in some of the most iconic parts of the town centre and is intended to preserve its historic appearance.
