Palma.—The ports in the Balearic Islands were second only to Barcelona in number of cruise passengers traffic in the first eight months of the year, a report from the state port authorities revealed yesterday.
Over 1 million passengers passed through the local ports during that period of time, representing an increase of 25% compared to the previous year.
