THE Confederation of Balearic Business Associations (CAEB) has organised a course about Corporate responsibility in the company, consisting of five modules directed at directors and businesspeople. The course, jointly organised with the Club for Excellence and Sustainability and the Foundation for Sustainable Development in the Balearics, will be run today, according to the CAEB. The Balearic Minister for the Economy, Lluis Ramis de Ayreflor; the Balearic Minister for the Environment, Jaume Font; the President of the CAEB, Josep Oliver; and the director general of the Foundation for Sustainable Development in the Balearics, Pau Collado, will be present at the inauguration of the first module, which will take place from 9.30am, about general aspects of corporate responsibility and the policies which are at the moment being carried out in this field. The programme is part of the activities of the Company Service for Environmental Management, started this year by the CAEB, in collaboration with the Balearic Ministry for the Environment and the Balearic Agency for Water and Environmental Quality.
