Palma.—Calvia Council’s infrastructural work to change the face of Magalluf and improve the area’s image is causing distress among local business owners and tourists.
Shop owners are starting their preparations for Easter week, with the number of visitors heading to the island set to increase, but the work being carried out by the council in the local streets is disrupting not only their daily lives but as well those of the few tourists who are already in Magalluf enjoying an early Easter break.
